We believe that overcoming nighttime cravings is not just about willpower or restricting your diet—it's about understanding and transforming the relationship you have with food. Our philosophy is rooted in compassion, education, and sustainable change, focusing on why cravings occur and how we can manage them in a healthy, balanced way.
We start with the foundation—understanding. Nighttime cravings aren't just cravings; they're messages from your body. Perhaps they tell a story of unmet needs throughout the day, whether nutritional, emotional, or both. By learning to decode these messages, you can begin to address the underlying issues that lead to cravings.
We look at the whole picture. Your eating habits, your lifestyle, your emotional well-being—they are all interconnected. Our approach goes beyond simple dietary adjustments to include:
Understanding the emotional component of eating is crucial. Many experience cravings when they are bored, lonely, or stressed. We work to develop new ways to cope with these emotions, offering alternatives that enrich your life and break the cycle of emotional eating.
Knowledge is power. By educating yourself about your body’s needs and the psychological factors at play, you become empowered to make informed decisions. We provide the tools and knowledge necessary to transform your eating habits and lifestyle choices.
Lastly, we focus on making sustainable changes. This isn’t about a quick fix but about building a lifestyle that supports your health and happiness long-term. We encourage gradual changes that fit into your life realistically and comfortably, ensuring that you feel supported and motivated throughout your transformation.
We are committed to guiding you through these changes, providing support and expertise every step of the way.
Together, we can knockout nighttime cravings and move towards a healthier, more joyful way of living.

Hello, I'm Mary Ann, and I'm on a mission to help women break free from the grips of emotional eating and create lasting positive changes in their lives. With a background in Habit Coaching, Boxing Instruction, and Emotional Eating Psychology, I have transformed my own relationship with food and am dedicated to guiding others on their own journeys to wellness and emotional well-being.
If you were to look up the definition of an emotional eater, my face would be right there. My journey with food began in childhood, where I turned to it for comfort and solace in all situations. Whether I was feeling happy or facing difficulties, food was my constant companion. My reliance on food reached a point where I ate 2000 to 3000 calories of junk food every morning at work simply because I couldn't stand my job. Tuesday nights were marked by indulging in 2 pounds of chicken wings and pizza, and weekends were dominated by Taco Bell or KFC lunches. During my mother's battle with cancer, I gained a staggering 20 pounds in just one month. It was a seemingly endless cycle that I felt trapped in.
One day, I had a profound realization: my own thoughts were the very chains holding me back. I was still clinging to food as my crutch, just as I had as a child. But I wasn't a child anymore, and I had the power to make a different choice. That epiphany marked the beginning of a profound transformation in my life. I sought healthier ways to cope with discomfort and initiated significant life changes that brought me newfound happiness and freedom.
Now, I am deeply passionate about ensuring that women, just like myself, will never have to endure the challenges of emotional eating alone. I'm dedicated to sharing my knowledge about how our thoughts can limit us and impede our progress. You can check out my book, "Beyond The Binge-Breaking Free From The Cycle Of Emotional Eating" which dives into our relationship with food.
I firmly believe in the powerful mind-body connection and am eager to teach others about it to help them reach their goals. Together, we can break free from emotional eating, achieve lasting wellness, and create a life filled with happiness, balance, and fulfillment.
If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier, happier you, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's work together to unlock the potential within you and pave the path towards your goals.
